Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without return confirmation from GRS USA.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for return and the outgoing shipping fee will not be refunded. There will be $50 restocking fee for orders shipped with Free Shipping option.

Return Policy:

GRS USA LLC offers a 5 Day Return Policy. Any purchase over 5 days will not be acceptable for return or refund.

Claims for Damaged Goods:

GRS USA will work with customer in filing transportation claims for damage to or loss in shipments in transit to the extent deemed necessary by GRS USA to facilitate settlement of claim.

Returns of Defective Material:

Customers can send back the material to GRS USA, if you believe that the product is defective. We will conduct the test and if it is defective, we will issue a credit including the shipment.

All claims must be requested to the GRS USA in letter or email prior to
authorization for return, issuance of credit or replacement. Email  grsystemusa@gmail.com to notify GRS USA of any issues involving defective material with pictures of material.
